Great gun!
The gun has not malfunctioned once in 300 rounds. It hasn’t been cleaned yet either! Excellent gun, shoots very smooth. The $400 mail in rebate is a steal, brings this gun down to $945. It’s optics cut too and is fantastic competitor to Shadow 2. Mags are cheap (often under $22 each for 18 round meg-gar on sale).
The slide serrations made it easy to rack the slide, the ergonomics are great.
No complaints other than I wish the slightly heavier and railed 92X Performance was also on mail in rebate and similar price but that’s not Gunprime’s fault it’s Beretta’s for not offering that fantastic rebate on all the 92x Performance lineup.
The lack of rail might be a deal breaker to some, but it doesn’t bother me much.
Item shipped quickly, business promptly called me to clear up slight FFL delay. Firearm arrived in pristine condition. Could not be happier. Highly recommend Gun prime.
This is my 5th 92 series pistol. It looks and feels great. The two detriments are that the grips are not in line with a pistol this nice. They are cheap plastic and slick. At least they could throw on some G10 or aluminum grips like their competition. In addition the frame where the feed ramp is was gouged and milled horribly. I've contacted Beretta about it and they have not returned my inquiry. I expect machining to be of a much higher quality with this price point. My other 4 were perfect.
